Schools

Welcome to the Schools section of the Quit Victoria web site.

Schools have an important role to play in preventing as many young people as possible from taking up smoking. However, schools cannot be expected, and nor are they expected, to be totally responsible for this goal. Quit's Youth Prevention Strategy [642 kb] outlines the strategies that should be implemented to maintain downward pressure on youth smoking rates.
