After meals

Having a smoke after lunch or dinner is a routine for many smokers.

The best way to break down these cravings is do something different, straight after a meal:

  • Read a newspaper or magazine.
  • Brush your teeth.
  • Go for a quick walk.

It might take a few tries to find what works – don’t give up!
