I had my last cigarette on monday arvo at 2pm cold turkey here i come, monday night was really bad but Tuesday was the pitts it was like a day from hell all i could think about was having a cigarette...i managed to get through the day i dont know how. Wednesday and thursday were good days but today is another tough day
and its the weekend god help me..im doing my best at this because my partner who has smoked for 30 years is also doing this with and for me.
