Do we really hate ourselves so much to kill ourselves slowly?

Do we really hate ourselves so much to kill ourselves slowly?

As a smoker I loved it, addicted and emotionally attached to a chemical stick that I knew would sooner or later kill me. One day, I woke up and thought that's it, if I'm not going to do it for myself then I'll do it for my future kids. It was really hard to quit in the beginning as I experienced mood swings and depression. But I stuck lollies and chewing gums in my mouth nearly every 15 minutes. No, I didn't use nicotine patches because I wanted this drug out of my system. I tell you it was hard but I would never go back to not even one puff. I would never give up living or paying to kill myself ever again. So if your giving up or have just given up keep fighting it because you deserve to just live. Most of you who live in Australia are lucky because the life style makes it easier to give up smoking. Come to Europe especially Greece where half the population smokes and everywhere as they did in Australia 25 years ago. Actually, it's quite rude to ask someone to smoke outside of your own house...What strange customs!!!
