family affair
hi, my father quit cold turkey 10 days ago, my mother 5 days on tab and myself 3 days ago. has helped having the three of us giving up together, because we can talk and understand what each other is going through. haven't been too bad. mum has trouble being around smokers. dad really surprised me didn't think he could quit, his given me hope.
