I've taken a pledge to quit!

My quitting journey started in 2020 with this commitment to become tobacco-free.

I want to look back at the end of this decade and be able to say, “I can’t believe I used to smoke".

It’s possible I might give in to cravings and have a cigarette, because quitting can be hard and I’m told that slip-ups are common.

I am hoping I can count on the people around me to support and encourage me, to help keep me on track or help me get back on track.
