Eileen has some top tips for all of us trying to find that motivation to stay quit!

I am happy to say I am eight days into my quit
As I said in my last story I was quitting and throwing away ashtrays etc. Well I did and I am so happy to have come this far. I am not saying this is easy but it is NOT as bad as I thought it would be. I am back exercising and I find this is helping to keep me positive. Leanne, don't give up on this. If I can do this you can too. We can support each other. We have so much more to gain with quitting.
My top tip, which I got from a friend, is what I keep repeating: DON'T say you are giving up smoking, that's saying we are depriving ourselves of something, we are not. In actual fact we are gaining so much more, our good health, more money in our pockets and not having to worry about finding the smoking areas when we go somewhere.
