Christine quit, and now she has times for other things in her life. She's rededicated herself to fitness!

Yes. I finally had my last one on 6 October 2014. I started taking prescribed stop smoking tablets (after speaking with my doctor) two weeks prior and almost finished my 1st set of pills.
I am so happy that I have stopped. I can concentrate on my fitness and family rather than going for a smoke every 2 hours when I'm bored. What really hit me was when I was exercising with my fitness group on the day I stopped, I was short of breath and couldn't even run. I said to myself.. thats it.. I had enough. Chucked out the packet, ashtray and lighters.
Since then I have been exercising 6 days a week. Usually 3 days at the gym for at least 1 to 1 & 1/2 hours, 2 days of 1 hour Zuu night session with my fitness group and every other day is going through 1 hour of boxing and Zuu with my husband.
I do feel a bit tired now that my body is in the healing process of getting rid of the toxins of cigarettes, however I am more happy than ever..
