Matilda Mercury shares her story of quitting smoking. Hear about smoking in the LGBTIQ+ community, what inspired Matilda to quit, and the many benefits Matilda continues to enjoy as a result of stopping smoking.
"Hello, my name is Matilda Mercury and my favourite colour is myself. I started smoking at 16 years old and smoked for 11 years before I quit. To date, I have been smoke-free for 2 years and 6 months. I did it and so can you. Now, let's talk quitting!"
