There are so many benefits to quitting.

After years of contemplating, I finally just gave up cold turkey. It's been 16 months!

In that time, I have also lost around 40kg and am now a size 10! Running almost 10km every night feels like I have endless energy. Sleep better, breathe better, taste better, look better ... thanks to the spirit that encouraged me!
