When you quit smoking, you may feel overwhelmed. We know that many people have tried several times before they quit for good. You might even feel like you’ve tried everything. We also know that slip-ups can happen while you’re quitting. We understand what you’re going through.
You can find suitable smoking cessation support and strategies for yourself in many ways.
The smoking cessation hotline has a team of trained and qualified counsellors who can provide you with assistance in quitting smoking. Hotline counsellors can offer personalised, non-judgemental, and empathetic support to help you quit or answer your common questions about quitting. Some of the hotline counsellors were smokers themselves, so they may be able to share methods you've never tried before. You don't need to wait until you've decided to quit to call the smoking cessation hotline - you can call anytime for help.
